DREAMING Slash combined real time generated open GL objects, abstract
motion graphics and architectural 3D environments with pre-recorded video
footage to create a universe based in three simple
rules: it is weightless, it transcends the skin limits of perception, it
inspires for dreaming.
The audience
interacts with the installation via a camera located in front of the screen. It
places the visitor inside the projection where he/she becomes part of the
composition. The public is no longer only observer but becomes also performer,
mirrored in the projection, surrounded by floating elements; this integration
brings the public closer to the subjective universe of the artwork.
